the world of credit scores
frequently asked questions
1. How long does it take to repair my credit?
Each situation is different and, because of that, the time frame will vary for every individual. Most of our customers will see results within the first 45-60 days. As the results come in, we will continue to challenge or dispute each item according to what was discussed during your consultation.
2. How will I know that its working?
Easy! Every time you receive updated credit reports throughout your service, you will see items that have been changed, updated, or removed. If an item is changed or updated, it generally means that a positive improvement with that account (such as late history) has been made. If an account was removed from your report, it means that a negative item (such as a collection, charge-off, foreclosure, etc..) has been removed from your credit.
3. Can collections (late payments, inquiries, charge-offs, foreclosures, bankruptcies, judgments, repossessions, liens, personal identifiers) be removed from my credit reports?
The short answer: Yes! With our proven methods we have been able to delete every type of negative item on credit reports. Although we can (and sometimes do) dispute, we prefer to use a much more powerful method in challenging compliance to consumer reporting laws.
4. Can I repair my own credit?
Thousands of people have legally and successfully restored their credit and increased their credit score simply by enforcing their own legal rights. This type of process can be done individually if you have the time, and of course patience, for the learning curve involved.
5. Do you have a refund policy?
Yes we do! If we cannot remove a single item off your report within 90 days, you are eligible for a refund (does not include setup fee).
